Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to enhance independence and quality of life. The PTA collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team, documents progress, educates patients and families, and supports a patient-centered culture grounded in dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
