Physical Therapist (PT) – Lymphedema | Miami, FL

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with lymphedema or CLT experience to join a clinician-led team delivering specialized mobile and home health therapy services across multiple regions of Florida. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, and the opportunity to focus on a highly specialized area of physical therapy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay-per-visit model:
• $69 per visit (PT/OT – CLT)
• $63 per visit (PTA/COTA – CLT)
• Typical full-time clinicians complete 24–30 visits per week
• Estimated annual earnings: ~$85,000 – $100,000+ based on visit volume
• Visits typically range from 70–85 minutes
• Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and patient education for long-term self-management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• CLT certification preferred or experience treating lymphedema patients
• Home health or mobile therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable with electronic documentation platforms
