Key Responsibilities
1. Understand the company's strategy, closely monitor departmental business progress and HR status, and assist managers in effectively managing the team;
2. Assist in promoting the implementation of HR projects, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc., and provide professional advice and solutions;
3. Assist in promoting the implementation of the second-stage entrepreneurial culture, creating a positive team atmosphere and employee relations, and ensuring the organization's continued healthy growth;
4. Participate in the formulation and improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the company's HR management.
Job Requirements
1. 2026-2027 graduates, Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized university, any major;
2. Proficiency in any of the following languages is acceptable: German, French, Arabic, Korean, Japanese, Malay, Indonesian, Thai, Filipino, Nordic, or Eastern European;
3. Some practical experience and reflection on HR work, project management experience preferred;
4. Outgoing personality, business-minded, and service-oriented;
5. High interpersonal sensitivity, proactive, hardworking, and willing to travel.
*Business trips based in Guangzhou (overseas) or Amsterdam or Munich (within Europe) may be required, depending on business needs.
