Manager, SAP Technical Innovation AI

Salary: $145,350 - 253,230 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of recent external management consulting experience delivering SAP advisory services across multiple industries.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
• We need at least four years of experience with SAP ABAP concepts, standards, SAP architecture, and ABAP object-oriented programming.
• We value working knowledge of AI technologies used in or outside SAP projects, including SAP AI tools and methods, GitHub Copilot, and large language models.
• We expect hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, CDS views, AMDP, workflows, IDocs, OData, Fiori, BADIs, and BAPIs.
• Strong verbal, analytical, and publication-quality writing skills are essential.
• The role requires the ability to travel as needed.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• We manage the day-to-day execution of SAP advisory engagements for a range of clients, including process design, implementation support, and project reviews.
• We evaluate and deploy SAP Business AI use cases using Joule, embedded AI, and side-by-side options on BTP, including AI agents.
• We refine our consulting approach by incorporating AI into project delivery and lead workshops on SAP AI, architecture, cloud integration, modern user interfaces, co-pilots, and agents.
• We design, build, and test SAP technical development objects (RICEFW).
• We oversee and evaluate team performance on assigned engagements while managing projects in line with our financial and cost controls.
