As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Serenity Hospice Care Pennsylvania, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients and their families. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our Lebanon, PA facility.

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and hygiene

Assist with range of motion exercises, transfers, and positioning

Support patients with mealtime assistance, feeding, and hydration

Carry out vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team

Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
