In September 2025, we opened a state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plainsa center designed to set new standards in patient experience, convenience, and quality care. Led by top Columbia doctors, this multi-disciplinary facility will offer a wide range of specialized adult and pediatric care all under one roof.

Join our high-profile team, and build on our reputation for excellence as you provide crucial support to physicians throughout a wide range of ambulatory surgical procedures (e.g., orthopedic, sports medicine, and pediatric ENT). You will function as a scrub person, circulation assistant, and member of the surgical team. You will assist in the care, preparation, and maintenance of supplies and equipment in the Operating Room. This is a full time position working Monday Friday, working the hours of 8:00am 5:00pm at NewYork-Presbyterian/The One in White Plains, NY.

Preferred Criteria

• Prior experience as an OR/Surgical Tech in an acute care setting

Required Criteria

• Certified Surgical Technologist by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting Certification (NBSTSA) or if a new graduate, must supply exam date prior to start of employment. Certification must be obtained within six months of hire and complete a probationary period of six (6) months from date of hire
• Completion of a certified Surgical Technologist, Operating Room Technician or comparable training program or experience as on O.R. Technician/Surgical Technologist in an acute care setting
• High school diploma or GED

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$39.50-$50.90/Hourly
