Lead Workday PATTS Program Manager for Union Payroll

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Workday Systems Manager in Sacramento. This role involves overseeing Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling configurations. You will lead a small team and ensure system integrity across modules while translating complex CBA provisions into accurate configurations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of direct Workday experience, preferably in a regulated multi-union environment, along with strong skills in payroll logic and reporting tools.
