- Sell individual health and life insurance policies tailored to each client's needs
- Provide personalized guidance through the application and enrollment process
- Build lasting relationships by delivering attentive, solution-oriented service
- Drive both new business growth and long-term account retention through consistent client engagement
- Illinois Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain - we'll help you!)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent sales and customer service abilities
- A commitment to integrity and building meaningful client relationships
