Eligibility Representative

Job Title: Eligibility Representative Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 Months+ (Possibility for extension) Job Details Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Eligibility. Implements, updates, and maintains automated, direct connect and/or manual eligibility data. Interacts with internal partners. Review reports to identify and resolve discrepancies. Ensures customer data is resolve accurately and timely. May work with internal Systems to resolve errors. Knowledge of Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Eligibility. Familiar with Medicare Part A, Part B and Part C. Preferred 1 or more year of Experience in Healthcare Insurance and Preferred 1 or more Enrollment and Eligibility. Prior Data Entry and enrollment experience highly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Customer Service skills.
