Compensation & Sign-On Total Earning Potential: $200,000 – $250,000+ Production: Estimated at $50,000 – $100,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $30,000 Requirements Experience: Preference for 2+ years in small animal practice, though high-potential New Graduates will be considered. Skills: Strong general medicine and routine surgery skills; an interest in dentistry is a plus. Schedule: Flexible 3 or 4-day work week; 1 in 4 Saturdays (until 1:00 PM). 401(k) with 4% employer match.
