External Marketer – Assisted Living Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL Position Type: Full-Time Setting: Assisted Living Facility (ALF) An Assisted Living Facility in the Fort Walton Beach, FL area is seeking an experienced External Marketer to help drive occupancy growth and build strong referral relationships throughout the local community. This role is specifically seeking someone with prior Assisted Living marketing experience who understands the ALF space, knows how to develop referral relationships, and is comfortable being out in the field generating business. Candidates without prior Assisted Living outside marketing experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships within the local healthcare and senior living community Conduct outside marketing visits and community outreach efforts Help drive occupancy growth and increase community awareness Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior organizations, and referral partners Represent the facility professionally at networking and community events Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with referral sources and prospective residents/families Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and census goals Qualifications Prior Assisted Living Facility (ALF) outside marketing experience required Proven experience developing referral relationships and driving occupancy growth Existing local referral relationships preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Professional presentation and follow-up skills required Preferred Background Assisted Living Marketing Senior Living Outreach ALF Business Development Community Relations Occupancy Growth & Census Development Apply Today If you have experience marketing within the Assisted Living space and are looking for your next opportunity in the Fort Walton Beach market, we’d like to speak with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
