Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) $90,000/Year Advocate Healthcare of East Boston 111 Orient Ave, East Boston, MA 02128 Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is looking for an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team and play an important role in the nutritional care and overall well-being of our residents. What We Offer $90,000 annual salary Full-time position Supportive and collaborative work environment Professional growth and development opportunities Opportunity to make a direct impact on resident care Responsibilities Evaluate residents’ nutritional needs and develop appropriate care plans. Monitor nutritional status and make recommendations based on residents’ individual needs. Work closely with nursing and other members of the healthcare team. Participate in resident care planning and interdisciplinary meetings. Provide nutrition education to residents and their families. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Help ensure residents receive appropriate and individualized nutritional care. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field Massachusetts RD/RDN license At least 6 months of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Strong clinical nutrition knowledge Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Compassionate and resident-focused approach #J-18808-Ljbffr Advocate Healthcare of East Boston
