Experienced Mortgage Field Inspector - Independent Contractor

Job Description

Camara Home Inspections, Inc. is looking for mortgage field inspectors or small inspection companies to take additional work in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, or Manatee County.

Our office assigns inspections by area, prepares route sheets, and handles client coordination. You complete the fieldwork, submit required photos and reports, and turn in our paysheet. Work includes occupancy and exterior inspections, with interior and insurance loss inspections available based on experience.

Prior mortgage field inspection experience is required. Familiarity with InspectorADE, EZ Inspections and Safeguard app is helpful. This is independent contractor work paid per completed inspection; rates and available routes are discussed before assignment. Work volume is not guaranteed but usually increases as we get to work together.
