Kforce's client, a leading global professional services organization in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced College & University Recruiter to lead recruiting strategy and execution across a portfolio of approximately 10-12 campuses. Responsibilities:

Recruiter will develop and manage campus recruiting strategies and activity plans
Coordinate recruiting initiatives across multiple universities
Coach business professionals and alumni participating in campus events
As a Recruiter, you will create recruiting content, messaging, and candidate engagement strategies
Track deliverables and ensure successful execution of recruiting activities
Partner with stakeholders to maintain a strong university talent pipeline
College/university recruiting experience
Experience managing multiple campuses or recruiting programs
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to coach and influence business leaders

Preferred:

Big Four or professional services recruiting experience
Experience supporting decentralized campus recruiting models
