As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will welcome visitors, manage access credentials, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, orderly environment while supporting security-related procedures. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional front-desk presence and customer service for employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution location.
• Manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the reception area, reporting unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Support access control and reception operations by directing visitors, answering inquiries, and communicating with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
