Registered Nurse (RN General, Dialysis, Mental Health)

Position Title: Registered Nurse

Job Location : Columbus, Oh

Job Type: Contract

Duration: At least 6 months from projected start date

Shifts : 8am- 2pm
No. of positions: 1

Must Have: BLS and Ohio license

Responsibilities:
Assessment: Evaluating patients' health conditions and needs.
Care Planning: Developing personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
mplementation: Administering treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
Evaluation: Assessing and adjusting care plans based on patient responses.
Safety: Ensuring a safe environment through infection control and safety practices.
Education: Providing health education and support to patients and families.

Education & Experience Requirements:
1+ Year of Experience - Required
