Accountabilities Lead end-to-end enterprise implementation engagements, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments from discovery through rollout and post-go-live success while ensuring strong adoption and business value realization. Design and execute change management strategies that drive organizational alignment, user adoption, and long-term platform success across large enterprise environments. Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for senior stakeholders, including C-level sponsors, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and communicating risks and progress. Oversee multiple concurrent enterprise programs, managing scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and governance structures to ensure consistent delivery excellence. Facilitate structured discovery and design workshops to translate complex business needs into clear, executable implementation plans and deployment strategies. Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to refine methodologies, improve delivery frameworks, and ensure smooth transitions across the customer lifecycle. Requirements Extensive experience in enterprise program management, implementation, or consulting roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments. Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-value client engagements with multiple stakeholders and complex organizational structures. Strong expertise in change management methodologies and driving adoption within large enterprise organizations. Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively with C-level and senior leadership audiences. Strong project management skills covering scope, risk, timeline, and budget management in complex delivery environments. Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to align on solutions and drive execution. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
