Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients while demonstrating excellent clinical skills and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU setting.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Assist in various medical procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.Additional InformationThis position supports both in-person and virtual nursing care, which may impact FTE staffing requirements.
