Summary Commission Sales Associate responsible for selling women's shoes at the South Coast Plaza store. Drive sales through consultative service and product expertise while working on a commission structure. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet individual sales targets. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers, building rapport to identify needs and preferences. Provide product knowledge, fitting assistance, and style recommendations for women's shoes. Achieve individual sales and commission targets through proactive selling. Process transactions accurately and assist with inventory replenishment and visual presentation. Requirements Proven retail or sales experience, preferably in footwear or apparel. Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills.
