The Growth Marketing Manager Opportunity ProEdge is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and maintain the systems that turn our go-to-market (GTM) strategy into measurable, repeatable revenue—so every dollar we spend reaching dental practices can be traced to exactly what it produced. This role will own HubSpot as our system of record: lifecycle stage definitions, campaign architecture, journey tracking from first touch through expansion, and the source attribution that makes all of it answerable. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you become our resident expert who deeply knows how it works. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and join a small, marketing team alongside our Director of Education and our Creative & Creative Lead. Their work runs through the systems you build. You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success, where lead quality, routing, and account expansion is part of the job, not an afterthought. You have the direct support of the Director of Marketing, who will co‑build the early architecture alongside you, and the testing cadence is calendared rather than left to whenever there's time. You’ll be in the platform and in the data. Our standard is that a campaign isn’t finished until the tracking is in place.
