Job Description

Job Description

Grow your skills, help kids thrive, and join a company that has your back. Looking for a career, not just a job? Join us!

At United Care ABA , we’re more than a workplace—we’re a mission-driven team committed to improving the lives of children with autism and their families. We’re currently seeking bilingual youth aides, child care workers, teaching assistants, DSPs, and others with a passion for working with kids to join us as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . Whether you're already in the ABA field or just beginning your journey, we offer a supportive, collaborative environment where your growth and well-being are prioritized.

If you’ve worked as a Youth Aide, DSP, paraprofessional, school aide, or in any role supporting children or individuals with disabilities, you already have the foundation for success in ABA—your experience with behavior management, communication, and daily support directly translates to the skills needed to thrive as a Behavior Technician.

At United Care ABA, we don’t just value our team—we invest in it. We know the work is demanding, so we’ve built systems that ensure every BT and RBT feels supported every step of the way.

Here’s what sets us apart:

• Regular Team Huddles & Check-Ins: You’ll never feel alone on an island. We stay connected.

• RBT Spotlights: We highlight your growth, your wins, and your journey—not just your hours.

• Mentorship & Clinical Support: You’ll be supported by experienced BCBAs who are invested in your development.

• Clear Communication: From onboarding to scheduling and beyond, we prioritize transparency and responsiveness.

• Professional Advancement: Grow your career in the ABA field with opportunities to deepen your skills, take on new challenges, and advance in your career.

We support you—so you can support your clients.

• Flexible Scheduling

• Compensation: $20–$23 per hour based on experience and credentials, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement

• Supportive Work Environment: Clear protocols, organized schedules, and responsive operations so you can focus on the work that matters

• Professional Development: Opportunities to grow toward lead RBT, trainer, or future BCBA certification

• Team Culture: A collaborative workplace where your input is heard and your contribution is recognized

• Paid Time Off and benefits available for eligible full-time roles

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who have a heart for working with children and a drive to make a difference—whether or not you’ve worked in ABA before. We’re especially interested in bilingual candidates who can help serve diverse communities.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• Experience working with children in any setting—schools, after-school programs, camps, daycare, or youth services

• A passion for helping kids grow, learn, and thrive

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you connect easily and take initiative

• Reliability and attention to detail—you follow through and take pride in doing things right

• Openness to training, feedback, and continuous learning

• RBT certification (preferred), or the willingness to complete the certification process (we’ll help you!)

This is more than a job—it’s a chance to grow your skills, build a career, and change lives.

Apply today and help us bring compassionate, quality care to the children who need it most.
