Since 1954, Woodgrain is proud to be family owned and operated. Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Loader to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently hand-loading building materials onto delivery trucks. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with heavy lifting, working on their feet throughout the day, and following written instructions. Key Responsibilities: Hand load door slabs, pre-hung door units, decking, nails, and other building materials onto trucks Verify products against loading paperwork to ensure accuracy Read and understand English loading documents and delivery tickets Organize and stage materials for efficient loading and delivery Ensure loads are secure and properly distributed for safe transport Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and proceduresAssist with other warehouse duties as needed Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly throughout the day (50–100+ lbs) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (entire shift) Basic ability to read and understand English for loading paperwork Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred but not required Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, including cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
