Benefits: Retirement Benefits Employee discounts Flexible schedule Health insurance Curriculum Coordinator The Learning Experience – Chino is looking for a positive, hands-on team member to help support our teachers, classrooms, and Center Director. This role is ideal for someone with preschool experience who enjoys working with children, mentoring teachers, and helping classrooms run smoothly. Responsibilities Support teachers with implementing curriculum and planning engaging learning experiences. Spend time in classrooms providing guidance, encouragement, and coaching. Help teachers with classroom management, daily routines, and transitions. Train and support new teachers as they become familiar with our program. Observe classrooms and share helpful feedback to promote consistency and growth. Step into classrooms as needed to provide coverage and support. Help prepare classroom materials and ensure teachers have what they need for the week. Assist the Center Director with day-to-day tasks and projects as needed. Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment throughout the center. Be a team player who is flexible and willing to jump in wherever support is needed. Qualifications Minimum 12 ECE units required. Administration units preferred. Previous preschool teaching experience required. Strong classroom management skills. Positive attitude with a passion for coaching and supporting teachers. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
