Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.

Healogics is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will support the team in creating, managing, and adapting content across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for engaging with audiences and promoting interaction across various channels. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic storyteller, highly organized, and an effective communicator, with a strong understanding of the latest digital trends.

Additionally, this position will involve managing the company intranet site. You will develop strategies and implement programs to enhance the employee experience across all digital platforms.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Digital Platform Management : Handle day-to-day operations across all digital platforms, including social media channels, the Healogics website, the intranet site, and the Online Marketing Library, HubSpot, Survey Monkey, etc. Lead the management of the Healogics intranet site, focusing on visual design, site navigation, content development, and user training to enhance communication and maximize employee engagement.
• Brand Development and Strategy : Develop and manage Healogics' brand presence across social media platforms and coordinate the Brand Ambassador program, collaborating with centers nationwide to establish a cohesive social media strategy in alignment with the home office.
• Content Creation and Management : Create timely and engaging content tailored for each platform and audience, manage the content calendar, and design visuals that reflect Healogics' cultural values.
• Engagement and Monitoring : Monitor digital platforms for engagement opportunities, initiate conversations on behalf of Healogics, and respond to questions and comments across all channels. Analyze and report on digital activities and metrics monthly.
• Research and Insights : Conduct research on wound care influencers, industry competitors, and emerging trends in the wound care sector to inform strategy.
• Audio/Visual Production : Manage video production for external distribution, and provide support for internal video initiatives, including "In the Know with the CEO." Podcast management, as needed. Manage the company YouTube account.
• Online Marketing Library Support : Oversee incoming requests and technical issues related to the Online Marketing Library. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and create a seamless ordering experience for users, focused on digital efficiency.
• New Business Development Support : Assist the New Business Development team by implementing digital initiatives and metrics to drive growth and engagement, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Innovation and Collaboration : Lead generation and A/B testing by experimenting with new channels, messaging, audience targeting, creative assets, and landing pages to enhance ROI and drive conversions. Collaborate with leadership to create relevant content and foster interaction across Healogics' digital channels.
• Event Participation and Meeting Support : Attend networking, educational, and community events to represent the brand and provide on-site support for meetings, capturing photo and video content for social media as needed. While at event, provide marketing/meeting support, when requested.
• Performs other duties as required.

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of five (5)+ years of social media experience, or similar experience with marketing, communications or events Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and more.
• Experience with HubSpot required.
• Experience managing an intranet site.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and social media listening tools
• Working knowledge of social media paid advertising platforms and campaigns.
• Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Video editing skills are required.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
