Onsite recruiting coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. This position requires organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

salary: $25 - $27 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 12 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• On-site recruiter- with the ability to fully staff for our client's needs
• Report to work on-site at our client's location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Payroll
• Screen and select candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts
• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client
• Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent
• Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations
• Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client's needs
• Market talent's skills and abilities by making the best match for the client and candidate
• Offer innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions
