We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Roofing Sales & Project Manager team in Cypress, TX. This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for people who thrive on hustle, face-to-face conversations, and unlimited earning potential.

This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who enjoy meeting homeowners, generating their own opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll inspect roofs, document storm damage, present solutions, and help protect what matters most to our customers — their homes.

 

No prior roofing experience required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. Outside sales experience (door-to-door, solar, pest control, real estate, auto, etc.) is a plus.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and networking with real estate and insurance professionals
• Inspect and document homes for storm damage and restoration needs
• Measure exteriors, assess damage, and write scopes of work
• Present solutions, generate contracts, and close deals
• Run company-provided leads and manage your sales pipeline
• Follow up with homeowners and coordinate with production/admin teams as needed
• Climb ladders and walk roofs safely as part of inspections

• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Smartphone capable of taking photos/video during inspections
• Coachable and hungry to grow
