As an Site Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and compliance with company standards. This role leads and supports team members, monitors workflow performance, coordinates labor and resources, resolves operational issues, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The Site Supervisor works closely with management, customers, and cross-functional departments to achieve service, inventory, and performance goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The right candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and a tendency towards 5S in the workplace.

Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 2p-10:30 pm. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers. 

How you create impact

Supervise and direct daily operations and workforce activities.

Monitor productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.

Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Train, coach, and develop team members.

Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor allocation.

Investigate and resolve operational and inventory issues.

Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Maintain accurate records and operational reports.Communicate effectively with management, customers, and stakeholders.

Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are met.

What we would like you to bring

High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 yeard of operational, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or distribution experience
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, and Excel

Experience with inevntory management, KPI tracking, workforce management, safety compliance, and process improvement
