Registered Nurse (RN) Immunizer Highlights The pay for this position is $54.00 per hour. Full-time: 40 hours per week On-site position This position is a temporary (W2) contract assignment Duration: approx. 10 weeks (job end date on file: Nov 13, 2026) Location: Chelmsford, MA 01824 Safety-sensitive role with access to PHI Interview required Responsibilities Administer immunizations/vaccines in accordance with clinical guidelines and all applicable regulations. Assess patient immunization history and provide education on vaccine benefits and possible side effects. Document vaccines accurately in patient records/health systems. Follow infection control, safety, and proper vaccine handling/storage procedures. Support healthcare and pharmacy operations as needed. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts) / ability to practice in MA. Able to work on-site in Chelmsford, MA. Comfortable working in a safety-sensitive environment and handling Protected Health Information (PHI). Immunization/vaccine administration experience preferred (and/or immunization administration certification if required by site).
