Location: 10000 Johnstown Rd, New Albany, Ohio 43054 Job Overview As a Membership Sales Associate at Moo Moo Express Car Wash, you will meet customer needs and drive membership sales for the Unlimited Wash Club. You’ll provide excellent customer service, educate guests, and help each visitor get the best car wash package that fits their lifestyle. Responsibilities Sell membership packages and consistently meet or exceed goals set by leadership. Educate customers on the benefits of each car wash membership, tailoring recommendations to their needs. Achieve personal sales targets, sign‑up goals, and upsell objectives. Drive the store team’s success in meeting Ultimate Wash Club sign‑up goals, directly contributing to membership acquisition and retention. Greet customers warmly, guiding them seamlessly through the wash process. Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure complete satisfaction. Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional appearance in line with company guidelines. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar preferred). A positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for delivering great guest experiences. Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while staying focused on guest satisfaction. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Work Environment & Physical Demands Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently, with occasion to lift up to 50 lbs. Must wear safety equipment when required.
