As the Manager of Cloud Infrastructure, you will play a key role in shaping and operating a modern Azure-native cloud environment that powers highly available SaaS applications at scale. This is an ideal opportunity for a technical leader who remains deeply hands-on while providing mentorship, architectural direction, and operational leadership to a growing engineering team. You'll drive cloud strategy, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps best practices, and platform reliability while collaborating across engineering, security, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.Required Skills & ExperienceCloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps experience, including recent hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure-native services and at least 2 years leading or mentoring engineering teams.Strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, along with Azure networking, security, identity, and cloud-native services.Proven background delivering cloud platforms across both enterprise-scale environments and smaller, fast-moving organizations, with experience implementing CI/CD, DevSecOps, and highly available SaaS infrastructure.Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience with Azure DevOps, Git, Bicep, PowerShell, Snyk, SonarCloud, and modern automation tooling.Expertise implementing observability and monitoring using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or comparable platforms.Microsoft Azure certifications and experience with FinOps, cloud governance, security frameworks (SOC 2, NIST), and zero-trust architecture.Daily ResponsibilitiesHands-On Engineering: 75%Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 25%Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.Accommodation will be provided in all parts of the hiring process as required under Motion Recruitment’s Employment Accommodation policy.
