Division: Tres Hermanos Y Amigo 3 LLC
The responsibility of the bar back is to assist the bartender with the following duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar.
- Prepare mixes and garnishes.
- Stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, VIP bottle service kits and other necessary items needed for efficient operation.
- Pull liquor from storage rooms.
- Keep the floor clear of debris, spilled drinks and glassware.
The bar back does not prepare alcoholic beverages.
Candidates must be able to communicate in a professional manner. Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment. Requires the following valid documentation: ServeSafe certification. Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
