Sales Representative Job Description: Meet with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and commercial clients to assess painting needs and provide professional estimates Utilize estimating software and CRM systems to prepare accurate project quotes Develop new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship-building efforts Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from estimate to project completion Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset Follow up on leads, maintain consistent communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Sales Representative Job Requirements: Previous sales, estimating, or business development experience required Experience within painting, construction, home services, or related trades preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with estimating software, CRM systems, and general computer programs Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills Ability to actively generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
