YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE We're looking for a Fabrication Business Process Coordinator to own end-to-end process performance across the fabrication business at our Justin, TX facility. In this role, you'll ensure standards, controls, and documentation stay aligned across departments, acting as the final decision authority on cross-functional process issues. You'll work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT to drive consistency, adoption, and continuous improvement — without directly managing the functional teams that execute the work day to day. This is an opportunity to shape how the fabrication business standardizes, documents, and improves its processes at scale. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN Process Ownership & Improvement Own and maintain end-to-end process standards, process maps, standard work, RACI matrices, and documentation; update as processes, systems, materials, or business needs evolve Standardize business processes across functions to reduce variation, improve consistency, and ensure alignment of KPIs, controls, and documentation Maintain documentation repositories, SOPs, work instructions, and business transactions within the ERP/business platform (including M3) to ensure accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cross-functional alignment Project & Change Leadership Lead assigned cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives from scope through implementation and sustainment, including timelines, risks, mitigation plans, and stakeholder coordination Review, evaluate, and approve process or system changes that impact multiple functions to ensure successful implementation and minimal business disruption Develop and maintain training materials and drive training/adoption of new processes, systems, and business standards, including M3-related initiatives Business Partnership Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, develop solutions, and drive operational excellence Facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions to resolve process issues, align stakeholders, and achieve consensus on business solutions Provide regular progress updates, recommendations, and data-driven insights to leadership regarding process performance, project status, and improvement opportunities WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3–5+ years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing operations, or process/business improvement roles Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience with process documentation, KPI development, and change management Strong analytical and process-mapping skills Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority over their teams Comfortable making and defending decisions under ambiguity or competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation and training materials WHAT SETS YOU APART Proficiency with process/quality tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and KPI dashboards; experience with M3 (Infor) or a similar ERP system Experience building RACI matrices and process maps using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN WHAT WE OFFER Build A Better Career Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Career development programs and internal promotion pathways—you build from within Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning opportunities Build A Better Future Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plans with company match Life insurance and disability coverage Build A Better You Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements where applicable Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and wellness resources Inclusive, team-oriented culture where people look out for one another Build A Better World Join a company whose products contribute to a safer, more sustainable built environment every day.
