Customer Service Representative Remote, AL | Full-Time | $16.00/hour | Paid Training Pay includes $16.00 base and monthly bonus eligibility. ***You must live in Alabama to be eligible for this position.*** Help customers solve problems that need a human touch. We’re hiring Customer Service & Solutions Advisors to support customers for a leading telecommunications provider. Customers may use automated or AI-assisted support before reaching you, so you’ll focus on conversations that require problem-solving, empathy, judgment, and personalized solutions . Distraction-free work space with 4 walls and a door, no electronics, people, pets, noise, etc. Ability to work scheduled shifts, including occasional overtime based on business needs. Company Provided equipment Candidate must have cable or fiber optic internet service provider and ability to plug equipment directly into a modem (No WiFi) Previous call center experience is helpful but not required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, technical support, telecommunications, or other customer-facing roles can provide valuable transferable skills.
