Cybersecurity Analyst

Salary: $82,000 - 122,000 per year Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical training and experience
• Preferred professional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM
• Strong working knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, MFA, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 security
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, LDAP, switching, and firewall security controls
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security monitoring tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage employees in cybersecurity awareness
• Strong problem-solving ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a mindset for innovation

• Lead our cybersecurity program by identifying risks, reinforcing defenses, and supporting compliance with best practices and standards
• Perform system and network assessments, remediate vulnerabilities, and apply secure configurations
• Create, document, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols
• Assess and deploy security tools while keeping pace with new threats and technologies
• Review alerts and logs and act as the first line of response during incidents, including rotating on-call coverage
• Partner with vendors and third-party providers to lower risk in external systems
• Promote cybersecurity awareness by delivering ongoing employee training and education
