Company & Position Overview :

We are searching for a Tax Preparer to provide tax preparation services, tax representation, and administrative support for our clients. We are looking for someone to join our team that works well both as a part of a team and individually. This position is ideal for someone looking for experience in IRS representation or tax preparation.

Our firm has a great reputation and has been locally owned and operated for over thirty years. We specialize in IRS resolution, tax preparation services, and take a compassionate approach to helping people get on track with their taxes. We are located by City Park in Denver, Colorado. Job Responsibilities :

· Organization of client tax materials and client information.

· Preparation of Individual/1040 tax returns and 1120 (C Corps), 1120S (S Corps) & 1065 (Partnerships)

· Contact clients to follow up for missing information.

· Monitoring of client caseload.

· Tax information record-keeping through our client database program.

Qualifications:

· Prior tax preparation experience required.

· Experience with Drake tax preparation software strongly preferred.

· Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills required.

· Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks required.

· Knowledge of a client management database, tax preparation software, and QuickBooks preferred.

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 Dependent on Qualifications and Experience.
