We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager who is passionate about operational excellence and customer service. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the success and growth of our organization. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations of the warehouse facility to ensure optimal performance. Engage in weekly strategy meetings with the Regional Operations Manager to assess performance and execute plans. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including customer concerns and system discrepancies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, collaborating with the Operations Manager to address any areas of underperformance. Guarantee adherence to processes regarding receiving, product storage, picking, and shipping, taking corrective action as necessary. Enhance warehouse security by establishing and enforcing protocols. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to elevate customer satisfaction. Conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts and inventory consolidations to meet service delivery standards. Ensure all asset-tagged products are processed correctly to mitigate potential risks. Lead process improvements and standardize warehouse operations through effective training programs. Champion health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe and orderly working environment. Provide mentorship and coaching to the on-site team through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Review and approve overtime and purchases in consultation with the Operations Manager. Schedule and assign tasks to employees, monitoring progress and outcomes. Oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process to ensure SLAs are met. Collaborate with the Operations Manager and customers to manage site capacity and recommend overflow space solutions. Participate in regional customer meetings to enhance partnerships. Ensure all out-of-service activities are documented, tracked, and approved by customers. Utilize data analysis skills to generate insightful reports. Direct daily schedules and activities, ensuring team effectiveness. Perform additional duties as required by management. Qualifications and Skills Strong entrepreneurial spirit with an assertive and energetic approach. Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships. Minimum of 5 years experience in warehousing operations. Adept in coordinating functions across departments to achieve shared goals. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in project execution and service delivery. Exceptional analytical skills.
