Role Overview

As an RN Supervisor , you will oversee the evening shift and ensure high-quality clinical care and staff support. You will play a vital role in maintaining safety, compliance, and a positive work environment while providing hands-on nursing care when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor evening-shift nursing staff

• Promote teamwork and a positive workplace culture

• Provide direct patient care and clinical decision-making

• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changing needs

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (Required)

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills

• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care

• Professional and approachable
