Project Specialist

job summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Specialist in Newport News, VA to manage warm leads, perform on-site consultations, and deliver custom flooring proposals. In this field-based role, you will guide residential and commercial clients from selection to project execution, backed by a lead pipeline and an uncapped commission structure.

responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home and commercial customer consultations using a company-provided Shop-at-Home vehicle loaded with product samples.

• Perform accurate field measurements and deliver detailed on-site or follow-up project estimates.

• Follow up promptly on pre-qualified, warm inbound leads and manage walk-in showroom inquiries.

• Collaborate directly with the Installation Coordinator to ensure smooth project scheduling and ordering.

• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining targeted gross margin standards.
