Registered Nurse Behavioral Health

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse Behavioral Health to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in an acute behavioral health setting. In this role, you will complete comprehensive mental health assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient responses. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other team members to support safe crisis stabilization, lead de-escalation and therapeutic interventions, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation.
