RN CASE MANAGER

RN Case Manager for Vitality Living of Remer!! Vitality Living is seeking a results-driven RN Case Manager to support Vitality Living of Park Rapids in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. This role is ideal for a nurse who can move quickly, lead confidently, and ensure high-quality, compliant care. Schedule: 30 hours/week No over night call - after-hours supported by ACS No weekends and no holidays!
