Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities. Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance. Organize event materials, displays, and supplies. Help coordinate event logistics and schedules. Maintain organized event spaces throughout activities. Gather attendee feedback to support future improvements. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful events. Represent the company professionally during all event activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
