This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed to support the protection of classified information developed by or entrusted to U.S industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).Brief and coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF, USN, USMC, and international bed down sites and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviewsCommunicate secure facility construction and accreditation technical security standards and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviewsMaintain and monitor security activities at bed down locations until facilities receive accreditationIdentify security clearance and SAP access requirements at bed down locationsAssist the services in defining facility and infrastructure requirement to meet F-35 bed down for all sitesCoordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS FacilitiesRequirements Documents (FRDs) and document results down for all sitesCoordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS FacilitiesRequirements Documents (FRDs) and document resultsRequired Qualifications, Education, and Experience:A Bachelor's degree in a security related discipline along with three (3) years of experience in a security related field ORAn Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of work experience in a security related field ORNine (9) years of work experience in a security related fieldAbility to constructively engage and resolve challenging situationsAvailable to work before/after typical office hoursIndependent self-starter, proactive and professional assertiveEffective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literateProficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitaskSenior Level Knowledge of:ICD 705DoD SAP ManualsUFC Constitution CriteriaDemonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain Risk Management, DoD Directives, IC Directives, and NISPOM.TS/SCI clearance - Special Access Required (SAR)Achieve Industrial Security Oversight Certification (CDSE) within one year of hire.The Successful Candidate will Possess:Prospective candidates should have strong risk management skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict management skills.The candidate must be analytical and effectively able to prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues.Ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of staff and management.Ability to exercise independent judgment, develop relationships, and obtain consensus among interested parties.Critical thinker with strong technical skills, diagnostic skills and problem-solving ability.Solid written and verbal communication skills to negotiate direction, drive projects and projects to successful conclusion and deliver knowledge to team members verbally and via clear designs, runbooks and technical engineering and exchange sessions.Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, collaborative and motivated to champion continuous improvement.Ability to develop peer networks across an enterprise to maintain technology awareness and to support resolution of problems.Ability to operate across traditional technical boundaries, comfortable working in the compute space as well as the storage space in an operational capacity.Technically curious and driven to learn new skills.General Factors:Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; overtime should be expected when schedules demand it.Willing to travel, if needed.No Relocation.Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.Online applications, please.
