We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence at our Corporate Headquarters in Asheboro, North Carolina. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives as a trusted strategic recruiting partner, who is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate, and is capable of supporting a diverse portfolio of manufacturing, engineering, operations, corporate, and leadership positions across Technimark's U.S. operations with the goal of helping leaders secure top talent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Full Lifecycle Recruiting
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned business functions
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements
- Develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies for a variety of positions
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best talent
- Facilitate offer negotiations and candidate acceptance processes
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner closely with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and corporate leaders
- Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices
- Assist with job description development and position marketing strategies
- Consult with leaders on effective interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Deliver a candidate-centric recruiting experience from first contact through onboarding
- Showcase Technimark's culture, values, career opportunities, and employee development programs
- Help strengthen Technimark's employment brand across recruiting channels and events
- Participate in onboarding and new hire orientation activities to ensure a welcoming Day One experience
Talent Attraction & Pipeline Development
- Utilize recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, and networking strategies to identify passive talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
- Develop partnerships with universities, technical schools, industry organizations, and search firms
- Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives
Process Excellence
- Design and implement behavioral-based interview tools and candidate evaluation resources
- Conduct professional reference checks and pre-employment activities
- Maintain recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the standardization and optimization of Talent Acquisition processes across the organization
Talent Acquisition Team Leadership
- Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting best practices
- Help train and develop HR team members on recruiting processes and procedures
- Support broader Human Resources initiatives and projects as needed
Skills and Experience Required
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting for a range of roles including manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, corporate, and technical positions
- Proven success managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably UKG Recruiting and Onboarding
- LinkedIn Recruiter and social recruiting platforms
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Recruiting analytics, reporting, and process optimization tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing industry recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for engineering, operations, skilled trades, and leadership positions
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience working with external search firms and talent partners
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
