Investment Trading Associate — Onsite | Overland Park, KS | Up to $85K We’re hiring an Investment Trading Associate to join our fully onsite team in Overland Park, Kansas . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced trading environment and wants hands‑on exposure to the full trade lifecycle. You’ll support daily trading operations, execute trades across multiple asset classes, and collaborate closely with senior trading professionals and cross‑functional partners. What You’ll Do Execute buy and sell orders across ETFs, mutual funds, and domestic/international equities Support portfolio and model rebalancing for internally and externally managed strategies Manage daily trading operations, including allocation confirmations, recurring cash movements, and case processing Monitor market activity, news, and relevant developments to support informed trading decisions Partner with Operations, Compliance, Client Service, and IT to resolve issues and streamline processes Prepare reports, complete analyses, and contribute to special projects What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field Minimum 1 year of trading, investment operations, or related experience (2+ years preferred) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Adaptability and comfort working in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment Proficiency with Excel; experience with Orion Eclipse or OMS/EMS platforms preferred Understanding of best execution, market structure, regulatory requirements, TCA, and settlement processes is a plus Experience with algorithmic or block trading a plus Python knowledge a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation up to $85,000 , depending on experience A collaborative, growth‑oriented environment Fully onsite role with direct exposure to experienced trading professionals #J-18808-Ljbffr Hirewell
