Neuroradiologist - Tampa, FL - Radiology Associates Of Florida

Position Summary We seek a full‑time neuroradiologist to join us in Tampa, FL at Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF). In Tampa, we serve a growing health care system that is a stroke center of excellence and collaborate with our other RAF divisions around the state to offer candidates an optimal study mix. We perform a full breadth of neuroradiology examinations, including trauma, stroke (with CT perfusion and RAPID software), oncology, dementia, movement disorders, and functional MRI. Our ideal candidate is a fellowship‑trained neuroradiologist with comfort in general radiology. We are affiliated with the University of South Florida. We have 8 residents a year and one neuroradiology fellow. Our ideal candidate has an interest in teaching neuroradiology, particularly to the fellow. Dedicated didactic lectures are not required but are welcome. Mammography is not required, but participation in breast imaging is available if desired. Procedures are not required, but radiologists will be accommodated if they would like to maintain proficiency in lumbar punctures and myelography. We have a team‑based style of practice, and our next neuroradiologist will be able to collaborate with an experienced team of subspecialists. The workdays are 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday‑Friday. RAF enjoys a low volume of weekend duty, averaging only 10 weekend shifts per year. We offer an internal moonlighting program with unmatched flexibility, allowing radiologists to moonlight from home as needed without extra shifts. Desired Professional Skills and Experience Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, residency‑trained in Diagnostic Radiology Board‑eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology Completed one year of post‑residency fellowship training in any subspecialty would be preferred, but not required MQSA Preferred, but not required Medical license or ability to obtain a license in the state of FL Compensation The salary range for this position is $500,000–1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and other factors. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
