Night Warehouse Lead

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Night Warehouse Lead sitting in Midland, Tx. The Night Warehouse Lead will oversee overnight warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and efficient workflows to support Voltagrid's operations. This role requires 10+ years of warehouse experience and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with limited existing processes and structure. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and capable of establishing organization, accountability, and consistency across warehouse activities. Strong leadership and conflict management skills are essential, as this individual must confidently push back when necessary and effectively navigate challenging personalities. The successful candidate will maintain high operational standards while balancing urgency, safety, and customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a can-do attitude who thrives in dynamic environments and drives results through accountability and ownership.
