Contract IT Support & Network Technician

CBIZ

CBIZ is seeking an IT Support Technician on a project basis with no set end date. The role involves remote customer service, network equipment provisioning and VOIP systems maintenance, plus training and documentation for staff and field technicians. You will manage tickets, escalate when needed, and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely resolutions and knowledge transfer across teams.
