Job Duties Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Ensure adherence to all patient care standards and protocols Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Requirements Job requirements: BLS Certification (Preferred) Must be a Registered Nurse with valid license Nursing: 2 years Experience in ICU, critical care, or related settings preferred Familiarity with e-Clinical Works or similar electronic medical record systems is a plus Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine principles is advantageous Ability to perform iconography procedures is beneficial Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential Comfortable working in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital medicine environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Healthcare Solutions
