\nAs an Assistant Property Manager, you ll play a vital role in supporting the Property Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the community. \n

\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\n

\nAssisting Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the apartment community\n
\n
\nDelivering exceptional customer service to residents and resolving concerns promptly\n
\n
\nStaying informed on market conditions and competitor properties to optimize leasing strategies\n
\n
\nMonitoring tenant accounts and following up on delinquent payments\n
\n
\nSupporting leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents\n
\n

\nRequirements:\n
\n
\n1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred\n
\n
\nExceptional customer service skills\n
\n
\nExcellent follow up and follow through skills\n
\n
\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing\n
\n
\nBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel\n
\n
\nAbility to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required\n
\n
